The European Junior Water Programme (EJWP) is building a community of young European water (management, drinking water, waste water, ocean etc. and connected) Professionals who share a deep commitment to addressing water and climate change challenges of today and the future. EJWP is designed to equip participants with the tools, skills and networks to discover innovative solutions and share knowledge to (co)create and manage a sustainable, safe water system in Europe.

The Blue Innovation Track for Advanced Water Leaders is an advanced training program for leaders in the water sector. It focuses on enhancing leadership skills, innovation, and addressing challenges like climate change and resource constraints. Participants join a community aimed at learning, effective collaboration and knowledge transfer, with the goal of addressing future challenges in water management and environmental health.

At H2O People, we are dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the water sector through our innovative and collaborative approaches. Our social impact initiatives are designed to engage and empower communities, stakeholders, and professionals. We utilize flexible frameworks, interactive tools, and co-creation methodologies to guide and facilitate our partners in achieving sustainable and inclusive outcomes.
Our Community Engagement Toolkit, for example, employs engaging methodologies such as the LEGO Serious Play method to foster creativity and collaboration among participants. This toolkit helps organization and communities in stakeholder mapping, needs analysis, project and outcome design, citizen engagement, and capacity building, ensuring that all voices are heared and valued.
Additionally, our Societal Impact Assessment framework allows us to measure and navigate the contributions of our collaborative efforts and research projects. By connecting our societal impact toolkit with tangible programs connecting a human centric approach with capacity building, we ensure that our initiatives lead to tangible, poitive changes across various scales and contexts.
